Jomon Antony is a Partner and Co-Founder of Woven Fabric Company, bringing over three decades of deep-rooted expertise in financial strategy, industrial costing, and textile manufacturing. Since co-founding the company in 2007, Jomon has been a cornerstone of its executive leadership—guiding the organisation from its formative years to its present standing as a trusted name in the global garment and workwear industry.

Jomon began his career at a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in New Delhi, where he developed strong capabilities in practical accounting, audit, and business costing across diverse industrial sectors. This analytical foundation proved instrumental in his transition into manufacturing, where he later served as Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance for a prominent home-furnishing exporter in New Delhi.

During this phase, Jomon distinguished himself by leveraging early computer applications and programming knowledge to modernise financial systems. He introduced process automation and structured reporting frameworks that significantly improved efficiency in large-scale export operations. His ability to translate financial data into actionable operational insight became a defining strength.

Following a key tenure at Fabina Fashions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Jomon consolidated his industry exposure into the entrepreneurial vision that led to the establishment of Woven Fabric Company. His leadership philosophy is anchored in fiscal discipline, compliance, and sustainable scalability, with a meticulous focus on manufacturing economics, cost control, and long-term risk management.

Currently, As a Partner, Jomon heads the company’s Finance, Accounting, Administration, and Human Resources functions. He plays a critical role in steering strategic growth, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring that Woven Fabric Company operates with unwavering financial integrity—supported by a decades-long perspective on market evolution and organisational resilience.
