Comfort and dignity for wearers
At Woven Fabric Company, uniforms are created with people in mind. They are more than garments: they support performance, dignity and identity. By listening to both buyers and wearers we ensure every design delivers comfort, confidence and reliability.

Industries face different challenges, and our uniforms reflect this. Healthcare professionals require breathable fabrics for long shifts, hospitality staff need garments that combine durability with brand presentation, and protective wear must provide uncompromising safety in high risk environments.

Our uniforms are made to fit diverse body types and genders. We focus on inclusivity so that every wearer experiences comfort and pride in the clothing they depend on each day.

The strength of WFC lies in our ability to tune performance to specific needs. Seven performance pillars, protection, durability, sustainability, comfort, look, feel and design, underpin four product tiers: Essentials, Prime, Gaia and Flex. This system ensures that every uniform is adapted to the wearer’s world and built to last.

Zero returns, proven reliability
Quality at Woven Fabric Company is built on recognised international systems. Our plant is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UL, while every product is validated in ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. These certifications guarantee that each uniform meets strict global benchmarks for safety, responsibility and consistency.

All fabrics undergo the Four-Point Fabric Inspection System, ensuring strength and consistency from the start. Every garment batch is inspected at AQL 2.5, the global apparel quality standard. With full traceability down to fibre level, including responsibly sourced BCI cotton, transparency is embedded into every process.

Producing more than four million uniforms annually requires uncompromising discipline. Our systems are proven daily at scale, resulting in an exceptional record of zero product returns. Each garment is engineered to withstand repeated laundering and demanding workplace conditions.

Trusted Quality is not a statement but a promise. Certified, inspected, traceable and durable, every WFC uniform is created with precision and proven in practice. From healthcare to hospitality, from defence to protective industries, our garments give customers and wearers alike the confidence that quality will never be compromised.

Certainty in every shipment
Dependable delivery is more than logistics; it defines how we serve our customers. Across healthcare, hospitality, utilities, defence, and protective industries, we ensure uniforms arrive when they are needed most.

We maintain over £10 million in uniform inventory across standard designs, shapes, and colours. This includes globally certified flame-resistant and flame-retardant garments using advanced fibres such as aramid, polyamide, and modacrylic.

Our readiness extends beyond finished garments. WFC carries more than £5 million of trims and accessories, from zips and fasteners to reflective tapes, ensuring that every element required to assemble high-quality uniforms is always in place. This investment secures continuity and enables us to respond at scale, even in the most complex projects.

Our core supply chain partners, from fibre producers to fabric mills, are integrated within a 300 kilometre radius of our operations. Many of these partners have held strategic collaboration status with WFC for over 30 years. This proximity and longevity mean that supply lines are resilient, responsive and aligned with our standards. Together, these partnerships allow us not only to deliver consistently but also to develop new uniform campaigns that anticipate and solve the challenges of the future.

With production exceeding four million uniforms annually, WFC has the infrastructure and processes to serve both urgent needs and long-term contracts. Our supply lines can deliver more than 10,000 uniforms every week, ensuring confidence that even the largest programmes will be fulfilled on schedule.

Longer life, less waste
At Woven Fabric Company, durability is not an afterthought but a guiding principle of design. Every uniform is created to withstand the realities of demanding workplaces where strength, reliability and consistency are essential. From the fibres we select to the fastenings we apply, each element is chosen and assembled to ensure performance that endures.

Durability begins with rigorous material science. All fabrics are characterised through controlled testing to measure tear strength, tensile strength, abrasion resistance and colour fastness. These evaluations are repeated after cycles of industrial laundering and after exposure to ultraviolet light, confirming that fabrics maintain their properties across extended service life. This approach ensures that performance is not temporary but sustained under real working conditions.

Garment construction is reinforced at every level. Triple stitching secures critical seams, while bar tacked stress points strengthen the areas most subject to wear. We maintain stocks of UL certified flame resistant trims, and only use proven components such as YKK zippers, reflective tapes and industrial grade fasteners. With more than five million pounds of trims and accessories in inventory, we are prepared to ensure that every detail contributes to the longevity and reliability of our uniforms.

Durability at WFC is proven, not assumed. Garments are subjected to extensive lifecycle testing that replicates the challenges of industrial laundering, daily wear and demanding environments. Seams, fabrics and trims are monitored for shrinkage, seam integrity and appearance retention to guarantee that every uniform continues to look and perform as intended across hundreds of wears.

Durability is also a commitment to sustainability. By creating garments that last longer, we reduce waste, minimise replacement cycles and deliver better value for customers. Through a combination of advanced fabric science, reinforced construction and lifecycle testing,Woven Fabric Company ensures that every garment is built to stand the test of time while protecting both resources and people.

Global standards you can trust
At Woven Fabric Company, responsibility is woven into every stage of what we do. It is not simply about compliance but about building trust with customers, partners and wearers. We recognise that uniforms carry more than fabric; they carry values, and we take responsibility for ensuring that those values are upheld through transparency, integrity and care.

Our operations and products are validated by the highest international benchmarks. WFC is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and UL for product safety. Our production sites and processes undergo regular independent audits to confirm that these standards are consistently applied. Beyond plant certification, our uniforms are tested in ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, ensuring that every claim is backed by independent data.

Responsibility extends across our supply chain. We operate with Sedex SMETA and WRAP accreditation, providing assurance of ethical trade, safe working conditions and fair labour practices. We uphold a strict zero tolerance policy on modern slavery, and promote equality and inclusion throughout our workforce and partnerships. Many of our core suppliers have collaborated with us for more than three decades, providing stability, transparency and a shared commitment to ethical practice.
