With a career built on hands-on experience and progressive leadership, Ronak has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s strategic direction and manufacturing capabilities.

He began his professional journey in 2013 in sales, developing strong expertise in market expansion, customer engagement, and business development. His commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies led to his appointment as Vice President in 2016, during which he oversaw key operational functions and contributed meaningfully to strategic decision-making.

In 2018, Ronak assumed responsibility for factory operations, managing end-to-end production and driving efficiency across manufacturing processes. His leadership was instrumental in the successful setup and operational development of the manufacturing facility in 2020, where he strengthened systems, workflows, and scalability to support long-term growth.

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2024, Ronak continues to lead with a strong focus on sustainable growth, operational optimisation, manufacturing excellence, and long-term strategic planning. He brings a balanced leadership approach that integrates technical expertise with business-driven decision-making.

Ronak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and further enhanced his leadership capabilities by completing the Business Master Program in 2024. He remains committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and value creation across all facets of the organisation.
