Thomas Olical is a seasoned leader in the textile and apparel industry, with nearly four decades of hands-on experience spanning fabric trading, manufacturing, and exports.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and began his professional journey in 1986 as a fabric trader. Driven by entrepreneurial vision and a deep understanding of textiles, he soon ventured into power loom fabric manufacturing in Erode, Tamil Nadu, establishing a strong foundation in fabric production.

In 1996, Thomas expanded into garment manufacturing and exports, marking a significant milestone in his career and building a solid presence in international markets. His forward-thinking approach and unwavering commitment to quality enabled steady growth across multiple apparel segments.

From 2007 onwards, he further diversified operations by initiating uniform fabric and garment manufacturing units in Trivandrum and Kannur, catering to institutional, corporate, and industrial uniform requirements across India.

Under his leadership today, the organisation employs over 1,500 skilled professionals and operates with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and scalable manufacturing.

Thomas Olical currently serves as the Managing Director of Maryan Apparel Pvt. Ltd. and the Managing Partner of Woven Fabric Company, where he continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth in the textile and uniform manufacturing sector.
